Con artists - stole my money I signed up for a trial and cancelled right away when I realised the app was terrible. However, they kept my credit card details and charged me for two full years. I have disputed all the charges with the credit card company and they produced false documents to "prove" the charge. Complete con artists.

Don't make the mistake of thinking it does all the work. It speeds up content preparation but won't complete final drafts for you. That is your bit: you must do fact checks, proofing. That said, the proofing is minimal as the tool produces excellent grammar and style. It reduces research time, the time it often takes to complete a long blog first draft, and pulls out accurate facts that are useful to your topic at the click of a button. I can punch out several blogs and store pages in an afternoon with this tool whereas without, I'd get through just one blog and a store page or two. It's a powerhouse tour-de-force for anyone in freelance writing, copywriting and PR. It's a must-have for me now.

Customer Support is Nonexistent Customer Support is Nonexistent. There is a chat, but no one replies to that - I have messages that are as "read" and unansweared. I've sent also few e-mails that were without answear too. I've tried joining their official group on facebook, but it seems no one manages that either and my invite is still pending. There is very large gap between the pro plan and the higher plan than that and that is a very big issue, as you can't buy credits without upgrading your plan. There are features described in the tutorials that are not available in the product anymore. Good product, but it seems that it was abandonned, not sure why.
