GBI find Copy.ai to be an excellent tool… I find Copy.ai to be an excellent tool for speeding up our copywriting service. Far from "replacing" myself or any of my writers, Copy.ai provides an essential tool for brainstorming new and often better components of the copy, so that we can assemble the finished product faster.

PLCustomer Support is Nonexistent Customer Support is Nonexistent. There is a chat, but no one replies to that - I have messages that are as "read" and unansweared. I've sent also few e-mails that were without answear too. I've tried joining their official group on facebook, but it seems no one manages that either and my invite is still pending. There is very large gap between the pro plan and the higher plan than that and that is a very big issue, as you can't buy credits without upgrading your plan. There are features described in the tutorials that are not available in the product anymore. Good product, but it seems that it was abandonned, not sure why.

GBIt’s pretty good It’s pretty good. The responses could be less specific, it’s pretty obvious that the ai is learning through our own use. This both great and very inconvenient. It spits out copy that has been created by other users and will also include brand names. I’d also love to see more creative tools to utilize outside of social media and initial branding concepts.

CZCustomer service is disaster. The app didn't work properly The copy.ai customer service is disaster. They had some technical issues taking a few days last month and as a premium user, I was contacting them several times to cancel my subscription and return the payment back as I wasn't even able to login into my account, not just use their service. They didn't reply at all. They don't care. I found a different and much more useful and better AI service. Don't waste the time with them!
