Feminine flow retreat Feminine flow retreat - WOW!! A life changing sisterhood experience from beginning to end. Grace held such a beautiful safe space for all of us during our 3 days together. We did heart bonding, womb healing, earthing, dance, smudge stick making, trust practice, forest bathing, star gazing & so much more. I’m so grateful I got to experience such sacred moments with divine women. I feel so much more open since being home & have incorporated a lot of the techniques into my daily routines. I would 100% recommend the feminine flow retreat to any woman that wants to connect deeper to her feminine flow.

Womb ceremony healing experience I did a womb healing ceremony with Grace and it was so uplifting. I felt stuck in an overprotective mode towards myself for a while after experiencing a traumatic experience with a guy, as well as deep diving into my past and shadows for a few months. I was ready to turn the page on my past and allow myself to feel lighter and i definitely did feel lighter after this ceremony thats for sure!
