Feminine flow retreat Feminine flow retreat - WOW!! A life changing sisterhood experience from beginning to end. Grace held such a beautiful safe space for all of us during our 3 days together. We did heart bonding, womb healing, earthing, dance, smudge stick making, trust practice, forest bathing, star gazing & so much more. I’m so grateful I got to experience such sacred moments with divine women. I feel so much more open since being home & have incorporated a lot of the techniques into my daily routines.
