Think twice- double check While the core of the tool is beneficial- the user download, login, and even after signature support is very poor. Their technical team is not knowledgeable and is not helpful or supportive.

Slow to respond Slow to respond, drop downs don't disappear and get in the way of entry, takes longer to submit updates than Salesforce for Outlook.
