GBDaily reports? I don't understand why the daily reports do not come everyday at the time they are set to be reveiwed....other than that it's an awesome app. Please fix that mishap, thx!! XOXO

GBConstant issues. Easy logger constantly claims it can not process billing after 2 months of use so services keeps getting shut off, at no fault of your own. You will have to keep reinstalling constantly. Very very poor service, they refuse to give any phone number so you are able to talk with a human. Yet, all problems will be told that it’s your fault. Extremely horrible service, from easylogger.

GBI can't figure it out and they dont… I can't figure it out and they dont reply back, I bought the pro and never got the license key or where to find it and noone is answering! Very frustrating

GBApp doesn't perform as well as… App doesn't perform as well as advertised. You can read text and reports but not easily. Daily report are not sent daily to email even though it says it will send them at a certain time every day. Luck to get them twice a month. Contacting support helped nothing. GPS some times says phone is somewhere it's not. This can cause big arguments. Not recommended.

CAApp is basis for Senior Safety App App is basis for Senior Safety App. on elderly father's phone to monitor his movements thereby allowing him to live independently. We get 4 hour inactivity reports but no indication of when inactivity has occurred. It used to tell us if he traveled to town...not happening. Supposed to tell us if he falls...not sure if that is working. Receiving activity report a day later is not helpful. Perhaps Senior Safety App is touting a service they can't deliver but we need to know.
