GBConstant issues. Easy logger constantly claims it can not process billing after 2 months of use so services keeps getting shut off, at no fault of your own. You will have to keep reinstalling constantly. Very very poor service, they refuse to give any phone number so you are able to talk with a human. Yet, all problems will be told that it’s your fault. Extremely horrible service, from easylogger.

GBPlease Don't Waste Your Time or Money Like a lot of other reviewers, I rarely get the daily reports that I set up. They seem to come in about once every 3 to 4 weeks, but very rarely. In fact, I'd get the email and think "I need to remember to go cancel that subscription." But worse than that, at any given time that I wanted to check on the location of my mother-in-laws (with the on set of dementia) the app would typically say it didn't know where she was. Instead it would say that she was last seen 15 hours ago or 3 days ago, which doesn't really help. After about 9 months of paying for this app, I'd say I got the information that it says it will provide about 2% of the time. And I really wanted this app to work. I hope someone comes out with something that works soon.

GBI have noticed that a decent amount of… I have noticed that a decent amount of messages do not get reported and they are generally outgoing. Usually I would give this 4 stars since it is only occasional but this is the main reason I wanted to get this app so I am a bit dissatisfied.

INdoes not work properly. does not work properly.. No upadtes for 3-4 days. Also there is no real time data available.. Location tracking is very very poor

GBSupport is almost totally lacking. Support is almost totally lacking. It can takes days to get any response. They debited my paypal account and then told me that they weren't able to debit the account and then cancelled my service. The product itself has all kinds of anomalies and seems to report late or inaccurate locations.
