The app was easy to download & setup, the email report was very detailed. I will be using this app and upgrading to Pro for other phones used for business purposes. I recommend this app for business and family use.

Support is almost totally lacking. Support is almost totally lacking. It can takes days to get any response. They debited my paypal account and then told me that they weren't able to debit the account and then cancelled my service. The product itself has all kinds of anomalies and seems to report late or inaccurate locations.

Please Don't Waste Your Time or Money Like a lot of other reviewers, I rarely get the daily reports that I set up. They seem to come in about once every 3 to 4 weeks, but very rarely. In fact, I'd get the email and think "I need to remember to go cancel that subscription." But worse than that, at any given time that I wanted to check on the location of my mother-in-laws (with the on set of dementia) the app would typically say it didn't know where she was. Instead it would say that she was last seen 15 hours ago or 3 days ago, which doesn't really help. After about 9 months of paying for this app, I'd say I got the information that it says it will provide about 2% of the time. And I really wanted this app to work. I hope someone comes out with something that works soon.

I can't figure it out and they dont… I can't figure it out and they dont reply back, I bought the pro and never got the license key or where to find it and noone is answering! Very frustrating

UNAUTHORIZED INVASION OF PRIVACY This app has way too much unauthorized access to anyone's phone you choose that happens to be unlocked long enough for you yo load. CHEATERS BEWARE and for the rest, say goodbye to your trust in each other!
