Unfortunately, my dissatisfaction stems from their handling of package modifications, which has left me incredibly dissatisfied. To provide some context, I wanted to increase the capabilities of my existing package. However, I was astounded to discover that Zyla Labs does not offer a straightforward option to upgrade my current package. Instead, they insisted that I subscribe to an entirely new package. This approach is perplexing and makes little sense. It is unreasonable to expect customers to maintain multiple packages when all they seek is an upgrade to their current one. Regrettably, this forced me into a situation where I now have two concurrent packages with Zyla Labs, which is both unnecessary and frustrating. But the issues do not end there. When I decided to cancel one of the packages, I encountered yet another setback. Zyla Labs promptly blocked my access to the API, even though I had already paid for a year's worth of service. Consequently, not only did I lose my investment for the entire year, but I was also denied access to the API.
