GBI first became interested in Gene Food… I first became interested in Gene Food because of their blog, which I've found to be one of the most interesting and non-ideological nutrition blogs on the web. I then got their personalized nutrition report, which was well worth the money even though I've had a serious interest in nutrition for almost four decades now. I also found their customer support to be very good as well.

AUI had a problem and received OUTSTANDING service in response! I made a mistake in making my order and used the contact form and had a response and solution next day. I then had a further technical issue accessing a paid report online via my account - I used the contact form again and got a next day solution. The team were EXTREMELY easy to work with - often when you have a problem you just want it promptly acknowledged and resolved - they did just that! All companies have issues from time to time but it is how they resolve them that counts.

GBI’ve learned a lot..!! I’ve learned a lot through this service and realized the diet I was following was not in alignment with my genetic profile. I’m trying out this new diet now and hope it will have positive impacts on my blood markers! They have been very responsive to my questions while I attempt to understand this new approach and very patient with all my questions.

GBI had a good experience with Gene Food I had a good experience with Gene Food. Lost a few pounds with the 2 week meal plan on the wayoan diet and appreciate their honesty. They delete raw genetics immediately after it gets added to the site which is not normal with DNA upload sites.

GBCarbs are GOOD Once I went back to carbs (based on the Okinawa diet) and quit the whole 30/paleo diet as well as any attempts at Keto or low-carb, my weight stopped rising, and actually started to go down (and I didn't even follow the Okinawa diet very strictly, and did no caloric restriction)! This is with a metabolic resistant condition that makes any kind of weight loss or sustainability nearly impossible; per my doctor. I also love the foods listed in Okinawa diet. So it's not a restrictive diet in any sense for me. I feel like I'm eating what I've always wanted to eat anyway. Plus, I do add in whatever else I might want, while still seeing benefits of eating this way.
