No refund policies and no costumer service other than bogus email responses that’s it’s your fault for not deactivating. Decent Service FreedomPop seems to provide adequate to good phone and data service at a reasonable price, but I wish calls were direct cell calls, not routed over the Internet. Messaging is also slower to start than with other carriers.

If you make sure to read every single letter on every singe page, you'll have a general idea of what you're getting. But some information is only explained in more detail after you sign up, as it can be exhausting to have to scour every page for info. The one time I clicked a checkbox for a option without reading the "More info" url, I was instantly charged for adding a service! No mention of the pricing on the whole page, no pop-up conformation prompt, just an instant charge to my paypal account, so I turned it off within seconds, and contacted support and they refused to fund it, as I had already "used the service" even if I gained no benefits from it in the seconds it was active. In short, I've used tons of paid services, and almost always read every 'learn more' link I'm presented with. But this is the first one that I feel I had to walk on egg shells by just using.
