GBGuilty of price gouging My wife and I have had our email accounts with Wisper for several years at a cost of $2/mo for each account--a total of $4/mo. Wisper has now raised the cost to $10/mo per account--a total of $20/mo. That's a 500% increase. This is price gouging plain and simple as Wisper goes the extra mile in contributing to the current inflationary economy.

GBJust Average Service Since Wisper has taken over from my former internet provider which they bought out I have seen a slow degradation of service. I pay for high speed internet but suffer buffering a lot. When it storms hard I lose all connectivity at a time when I need it the most. All in all I consider this just average service.

GBHad email service with Yhti.net for… Had email service with Yhti.net for years. They then became Wisper and things changed Large photos were impossible to receive and other small issues related to how they recognized spam. Could not get some emails, but it was great having a secure email with only occasional spam getting through. Somewhat clunky and hard to set up for convenience. Evidently they tired of providing an email account, so they decided to charge a large service fee to handle my small email account's billing. Evidently this was so I would go away. Which I am, sadly.

GBI can't say the service has improved… I can't say the service has improved since Easy Net became Wisper. We still have slow service and sometimes very off and on. What I really dislike is that former Easy Net customers do not have anyone to contact other than the office during business hours Monday thru Friday for outages. If our service is out on the weekend we have to wait until Monday to report it.

GBLoss of signal on internet. Loss of signal on internet. Employee replaced equipment and moved it up to be able to get signal. Employee worked hard to regain signal, did a great job we have had no problem since. Any time we have had a issue Wispher has been on top of it. Grea Company service and some really great employees.
