GBI can't say the service has improved… I can't say the service has improved since Easy Net became Wisper. We still have slow service and sometimes very off and on. What I really dislike is that former Easy Net customers do not have anyone to contact other than the office during business hours Monday thru Friday for outages. If our service is out on the weekend we have to wait until Monday to report it.

GBI have been with wisper for bout 4… I have been with wisper for bout 4 years now and it's the worst ever they raised their prices without telling everyone and now some how my due date was changed and was not informed on that either why change a due date when I been with them that long and the worst service ever the wind blows my service goes out it rains my service goes out I can't sit and enjoy a movie without losing Internet or it freezing up yea I am hoping for another internet come thru my town soon it does I'm dropping these people....

GBThe Missouri Human Rights Act" Well was… The Missouri Human Rights Act" Well was hoping to give a better review but after feeling discrimination from the hiring process for being honest about my health seems oh I know illegal but I only read up on the laws.. Customer service is crap tried to call Brea Pearson to figure out why the discrimination has occurred, sales department has me looping over to another department " tech department " when i asked for hr department. Weird thing is I have a interview later in the week same exact position for Spectrum. Long story short not very professional over the phone so I doubt customer service would be any better if allowed near my family. If needing reliable service just keep Spectrum

GBWe signed up for Wisper Internet about… We signed up for Wisper Internet about a month ago and couldn't be Happier. We got the 75 mb service for about the same price as Centurylink but Wisper actually works. We have has one small billing problem and Wisper actually let me talk to a Real Person. What a relief. They took care of the problem while i was on the Phone. Great Service and we Love the Internet Speed. Wondering why id didn't call sooner.

GBHad email service with Yhti.net for… Had email service with Yhti.net for years. They then became Wisper and things changed Large photos were impossible to receive and other small issues related to how they recognized spam. Could not get some emails, but it was great having a secure email with only occasional spam getting through. Somewhat clunky and hard to set up for convenience. Evidently they tired of providing an email account, so they decided to charge a large service fee to handle my small email account's billing. Evidently this was so I would go away. Which I am, sadly.
