Happy Long Time Dynu Customer I've been using Dynu for years now and have always been very happy with their service. The support staff have always been very quick to respond, and seemed happy to assist with any issues that I ran into. Recently I ran into some issues while renewing a SSL cert. Within a few hours of me submitting a request for assistance, they had helped resolve the issue.

No answer from support Despite multiple attempts through the webform and direct email, I received no response from support. This lack of assistance, coupled with negative reviews I've encountered, significantly diminishes my trust in their service.
