The support staff have always been very quick to respond, and seemed happy to assist with any issues that I ran into. Recently I ran into some issues while renewing a SSL cert. BEST DDNS service ever!! i really like this service,they are very generous allowing free accounts not to expire and give unlimited dns queries,they have alot of free subdomains for people to choose from and a few extra ones for paid members,the membership fee yearly is only 10.00 which is well worth the service! i highly recommend this service to people!
