GBI am so aggravated I am trying to… I am so aggravated I am trying to unsubscribe and I cant login or change my password....I am really not happy.. how do I close my account so I won't be charged anymore.

AUDo Not Waste Your Money Have to say trying to cancel this is ridiculously difficult. Can’t login, can’t reset password. What a joke. Not a happy customer who keeps getting charged for no reason.

GBI had an issue with my new printer... I had an issue with my new printer & could not get it up & running. A tech support guy, Worrell I think was his name, was a huge help & guided me throughout fixing my problem & got my printer up & running. Sooo very thankful for your service

GBSaved from a sinking ship!! I had reached an impasse while attempting to connect a new printer to my PC. Mr. Anderson was extremely courteous, patient, knowledgeable, skillful and efficient. He was especially patient and had to retry things due to mistakes I had made previously on my PC. he was the best!
