Lincense will not be sent! Paid with Paypal never received a license or the full version. Sent emails with no response. I had to open a case with Paypal to get my money refunded. I waited the required time in thier "Moneyback garantee" read it before purchasing. Appears they might be a scam at this point. It's too late for me to use the product at this point, needed to split a PST for a time sensitive legal matter.

After reading all the mix reviews about… After reading all the mix reviews about the kdetools software company, I was in doubt but I took a risk (because I wanted to migrate my .ost file data directly into live Exchange server mailbox). But after purchasing & using its software, I want to say that company's service is above the expectations.

It's getting better.... A wee update, after posting this, got an immediate response from there support team, an updated versions seems to have addressed the speed issue, running now, and will update again if all's good... Support has been really good so far! Software is slow, a 2gb tgz file takes over 5hrs to process, the software needs .net 3.5, really in 2019! The labels in the o365 migration window are confusing and make no sense. I'm on try 2 of the migration tons pst file as the first time did not preview correctly, half the data is missing! If it doesn't work this time, I'm going for a refund.
