Amazing- proactive customer service We had a great experience with Nordica. The customer service was amazing. Our only frustration was with the manufacturer (SunRay) when 2 pieces of our sauna came defective. However, the Nordica team was very proactive and responsive in contacting the manufacturer to send us new parts for free. Maja is great!

Great Experience! Great Company! Nordica is a great company. They had the best prices and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for my handmade barrel sauna. They made it easy to place my orders through my Health Savings Account (HSA) and were able to source aluminum barrel sauna bands for me. They also had Huum send an extra box of sauna rocks when my Hive Heat stove kit came up a couple of rungs short from filling the hive cage. I highly recommend Nordica!
