Amazing- proactive customer service We had a great experience with Nordica. The customer service was amazing. Our only frustration was with the manufacturer (SunRay) when 2 pieces of our sauna came defective. However, the Nordica team was very proactive and responsive in contacting the manufacturer to send us new parts for free. Maja is great!

I will most certainly be purchasing… I will most certainly be purchasing more and also recommending Nordica Sauna to all of my friends and family. They were extremely kind and patient with me helping me make the purchase of my first sauna. They also shipped my sauna to me and it got here quicker than even Amazon prime packages!!! I cannot recommend this sweet company more!
