Where to find the part as well as a step by step video regarding removal of old and replacement with new. Tech was excellent communicator. Had one followup question and he immediately responded.

I had a decent experience I added o k experience other than it taking so long I had a decent experience. Although it took over 2 hours to figure out my issue.
