GBNo apps working Richard was the person that helped me he was great. I work overnight and I sleep with my TV on and whrmen nothing was working that just wasn't going to work for me .

GBI am 67 and try to stay up on how to… I am 67 and try to stay up on how to run and fix errors. But my generation wasn't raised on computers so having someone talk you through it is wonderful.
