GBI’ve signed up for a year service to… I’ve signed up for a year service to access mainly UK server but unfortunately it has stopped working on the certain websites(All4 and ITV) after 3 months so I had to cancel the service. But the staff are working very hard to fix it and once offered me an extra free month. And even when I requested a cancellation and refund, They were very smooth and considerate. I will definitely use SaferVPN once UK server is fixed!

GBHad their service for years and it… Had their service for years and it worked great!!! Recently - over the last 3 weeks - their service does not connect at all. Spent hours online with their technical support - no solution! Be aware that you will not get any money back unless you cancel the service within the first 30 days. I have 6 months left ....

FRextensions for Chrome and Firefox are not working pretty good app, but it is puzzling how the extensions for Chrome and Firefox are not working properly, I have continuous problems that not even the service can solve. I regret having made the three-year subscription and obviously they will not refund me

CHAbsolute rubbish of a VPN service Absolute rubbish of a VPN service. And when you quit, they automatically continue to take money from your credit card and when you ask for a refund, they say you didn't quit on time? Thieves and swindlers are called that today and no more. Update 22.08.2023 I have to write a positive update. After my reaction, Safer VPN got back to me without me telling them anything and they returned the money, which was taken from my credit card for a service I don't use. To be understood correctly, the Safer VPN service I tested worked as it should, but Netflix and other services did not work for me because they all collect our information, Google, FB, YouTube, Netflix, and if you have a VPN, then there is no information and the service is blocked. VPN was useless for me too. SaferVPN thanks and keep it up.

NLReally bad service and customer service Really bad customer service and really bad connection. I have 100Mb internet and rarely get more than 1.5Mb using SaferVPN despite their marketing claims of "Blazing Speed and Unlimited Streaming". They also constantly disconnect and then support is appaling. Contact and they disconnect your chat. Suggesting I switch off location service (disabling find my mac security) etc. Suggesting it's my Mac (despite it being at the router and also the app doesn't work on my phone. Just appaling service and I wish I'd realised before the auto-renewal.
