Was good, but not now. The support answer fast. BUT, I don't know who decided to not save login details as it was before. This is a very bad decision and for it I give just 1 star. Make life easier, do not complicate it. There is no sense "for privacy reasons", no. All other companies saves login details or create a quick "pin" but you ask to insert the STRONG password + login email every time I want to use it.

I need to contact "Simon Webber" at customer support EVERY SINGLE TIME I use this app. I'm not exaggerating - EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's like asking a parent if I can use the internet, please? Just come back to the UK after a few… Just come back to the UK after a few months abroad. I have tried several times to activate the VPN and it tells me 'login error' when instead everything is correct with my log on details. Also, when I click 'help' it takes me to a page where it says that 'safervpn' refuses to connect'. Honestly, I do not know what to think! I cannot even go to their official home page because I get the same response.. what shall I do? I am really disappointed!!

I spent 1 hour trying to get it sorted and it didnt work . Just use it if it works right away , otherwise just dont/.
