FRextensions for Chrome and Firefox are not working pretty good app, but it is puzzling how the extensions for Chrome and Firefox are not working properly, I have continuous problems that not even the service can solve. I regret having made the three-year subscription and obviously they will not refund me

GBNew customer. Got a promo for a lifetime service with them. It didn't reflect that on my subscription page, but customer support incredibly fast in answering when I questioned about this. He assured it was just a limitation of the site, to not being able to display more than their highest level of normal subscription I mean so far I've on had it for 2 days, but seems to work well enough.

PKwasnt working with my chrome and i made… wasnt working with my chrome and i made the mistake of contacting their customer service, dont do it , they will ,make you do everything instead of just canceling if your device is having issues, they start being pushy. I spent 1 hour trying to get it sorted and it didnt work . Just use it if it works right away , otherwise just dont/.

NLReally bad service and customer service Really bad customer service and really bad connection. I have 100Mb internet and rarely get more than 1.5Mb using SaferVPN despite their marketing claims of "Blazing Speed and Unlimited Streaming". They also constantly disconnect and then support is appaling. Contact and they disconnect your chat. Suggesting I switch off location service (disabling find my mac security) etc. Suggesting it's my Mac (despite it being at the router and also the app doesn't work on my phone. Just appaling service and I wish I'd realised before the auto-renewal.

DESaferVPN's billing department cheats This rating is ONLY for SaferVPN's billing department. They are not worth any star! I am the owner of a 3 year subscription and all over satisfied. A few weeks ago I complained about the Amazon Prime Video service is not working. The Online Helper did not understand my partial complains and started a cancellation process with refund. Within an email I explained the fault and payed a new 3 year subscription. I got an email that they will transfer the advised refund to my account I paid from which was PayPal. This was 4 weeks ago and up today no money arrived. I am complaining every day via email and receive a ticket number but no single response. The billing department is a cheating department!
