Please find someone else to do business…Good example of how not to... Please find someone else to do business with other than PTC. Nasty customer service if you are lucky. Most of time terrible attitude and should should be an example of how not to do business. Lot better provider out there.

Great way to watch Polish TV! I was hoping to be able to watch Polish TV without a need to install additional equipment like a satellite dish for a very long time and finally the possibility is here! Thank you, Polish TV company! The app looks great! Gives good visibility on the available channels and program. Only sometimes the screen freezes and the app needs to be restarted, so it would be great if you could work on that but for the rest everything works great!

More Detail Using PlayG My in-laws have been using this service for 2 years now and have loved the service until recently. This is their only way to keep up with Polish news and their favorite shows. Now it may seem not important but to them this is devastating. The instructions to download PlayG were not thorough enough. Has anyone been successful? Please advise. My in-laws have the x96 box. Disappointed Being a valued costumer for the last nine years, now having such a bad experience with Polish TV Company. Cannot watch any of the providing channels for more than 5-10min (picture froze). A technical department motivating this issue with an internet provider. After contacting my internet provider and replacing modems and router twice, still have the same problem. I wish a Polish TV Company will be able to provide the same service like 9 years ago but as for now one star is way to much!
