Please find someone else to do business…Good example of how not to... Please find someone else to do business with other than PTC. Nasty customer service if you are lucky. Most of time terrible attitude and should should be an example of how not to do business. Lot better provider out there.

Stopped streaming and no money back It was generally ok considering we had time ti time breaks in reception or slow intermittent transmission. Today Jan-13/2022 suddenly it stopped without warning. Trying to connect it just said "This polishtvcompany.com page can’t be found" Contacted tv by phone and looks like the streaming tv is gone at least here in Canada and they would not give money back for remainder of time paid. I would not recommend this as highly unreliable.

I used this company as my wife is… I used this company as my wife is Polish and obviously living in the U.K. it’s important to have that bond with home. So I used there free trial and it seemed to work fine and then I thought ok i will try 1 month and again it was ok but I started to experience issues with pixelated screens buffering and constant stopping,I called to complain and every time I got the same answer of them that it was server issues, so I paid for a 2nd month thinking it might be server issues but every month the same thing. And at $27.99 pm for premium service it’s a joke. Now I have purchased a iptv service for $50 per year and they have every country in the world on there that works perfect and every single Polish channels you could imagine from premium sports to premium films all the Polish news it’s amazing so all I will say guys is look up iptv before you pay stupid prices and ask them if the cover Polish channels and then ask for a trial. Stay away from this con company it’s a con. I forgot to mention that they re-paid me for the months tv I didn’t want any more and they are obligated by law to do this , this was not a good will jester, a good will jester would of been to pay me back for all the months (4) that I complained about.
