Everything has stopped working on app Everything has stopped working on app, android and smart TV service. Still recieved a message to try premium service as each month before I get billed. When I try replying domain error no email. Anyone??

Stopped streaming and no money back It was generally ok considering we had time ti time breaks in reception or slow intermittent transmission. Today Jan-13/2022 suddenly it stopped without warning. Trying to connect it just said "This polishtvcompany.com page can’t be found" Contacted tv by phone and looks like the streaming tv is gone at least here in Canada and they would not give money back for remainder of time paid. I would not recommend this as highly unreliable.

Please find someone else to do business…Good example of how not to... Please find someone else to do business with other than PTC. Nasty customer service if you are lucky. Most of time terrible attitude and should should be an example of how not to do business. Lot better provider out there.

Was good till couple days ago tv not… Was good till couple days ago tv not working, HD box and apps on TV, no customer service at all. Edit. tv is back, but they need to fix not existing customer service, you can't trust company like this, disappearing and coming back just like that, time to look for different service.
