Trust Pilot Trust Pilot, I am not sure how to contact anyone there. TownBroadband continues to make up lies and never offers any type of proof. Now they are saying I sold data, a bald face lie, without offering a shred of evidence. I tried to mediate or at least talk to TownBroadband, they refused. Any other provider would have contacted me and we could have maybe found if there was a problem. Not them though, they saw a chance to make a quick buck and jumped on it. They have always said they notifed me "repeatly". No they did not. The first indication of a problem was an email from customer service, who said he was doing as he was told, he was a flunky, according to "Oliver". Then they tried to put the blame on AT&T. I don't know, AT&T will only talk to you if you have an real AT&T account, my account was through Townbroadband, just used AT&T data as reseller. I cannot see how they think 800 GBs/month is that much data. They think 400 GBs/month is all people need, they are seriously behind in data consumption. I have a 750 GBs/ month now. I only used about 500 GBs/data, did not make any changes. I think something is fishly with my data, but it is looking more and more likely to me that the fishy scent is coming from Townbroadband. I hope Trust Pilot can ask them to prove their statements. They expected me to be able to back up what I have said.

THIEVES and they will take your money too! They theif had good service for one year but as of March 15th 2024 nothing is reliable. I paid for a year up front, like I did the year before, and within the first month of year 2 nothing works. They said AT&T no longer offered unlimited (which I bought) and I had to switch to T Mobile. It took two weeks to get the new SIM card, which means 2 weeks of no service. I get the SIM card and it works for one day and it stops. So they tell me I have to open a ticket, I do so and a week straight off no service and no response to my ticket and can't get anyone to do anything about this. Now I haven't had service for a month and no one will get back to me about a refund. THEY ARE THIEVES!

non existent Internet service..... non existent Internet service...... we rarely have service. We can't even use our cell phones. Absolutley, NO Customer Service. We have begged for help, and we receive rude respones and no assistance.

No bandwidth at all Terrible service, regularly choked to the point of being unusable. Download speeds so slow that nothing can be streamed and upload speeds that are all but zero. The billing department is a total nightmare to deal with. Their 'unlimited' bandwidth is mislabelled. It should be described as 'barely existent' bandwidth. We can see the tower from where we are, but there is simply no service. 'Reboot/Reset your device' is not a solution, and it doesn't accomplish anything. Highly don't recommend this company. Date of experience is incorrect. I'm not able to change it. Actual experience is 09-2023 to 12-2023

Same issue as other people here have… Same issue as other people here have mentioned. Asked to switch to T-Mobile. SIM card on the way but never arrived. Can’t get a live person by phone. Chat can only promise someone will contact me soon. I opened several trouble tickets and since 2/23/2024 I’ve got no response. Then they cut off my internet but still charged me a monthly fee. The bulk of it I pre-paid so kiss that goodbye.
