I called into their hotline and did not… I called into their hotline and did not get an answer but I received a callback and an email not long after. The customer service rep who helped me was very nice and thorough.

We got a Golden Designs sauna from… We got a Golden Designs sauna from esteamed saunas and we really enjoy it. It was a bit of work to put together but it turned out fine. I thought I was missing some pieces from the sauna until I wrote in and their customer service offered a tip on where to locate the parts in my shipment. Good customer service

Customer Service is Amazing I haven’t yet put together my sauna; however, when unpacking the parts some parts were missing.
