VNThief agreed to refund but Binance refuse I lost USDT from my wallet and deposit was made to Binance. I have been contacting Binance customer support team several times to refund money but they refuses to do it. Thief already agreed to refund and he had a chat with Binance to refund. But Binance refuses to do it. I don't know why they are making work too complicated. They suggested me to report police but they are new to this and hard to handle this. It charges much fee as well. I don't want to make this complicate and hope to resolve without the help of local police. BGExtremely difficult to withdraw money Binance makes getting your money out of their platform harder and harder with every update to the point where successfully navigating their maze-like menus is not possible without contacting support. Support is not professional and poorly trained. This is probably due to the fact that they get laid off every year so Binance can avoid paying out yearly bonuses. Do not put your money on this app.

VNIt always take 30 minutes to withdraw… It always take 30 minutes to withdraw USDC via AVAX chain even when it's non-congested (as I have tested). Someone should change the the "~2 mins" Arrival Time to 30 mins because incompetent devs cannot stop being incompetent. ITThe Binance had frozen my withdrawal… The Binance had frozen my withdrawal more than 1 year the reason that they want me show them all the transaction evidence if they found my transaction are illegal why not just stop my transaction on that time instead of my pass 3 months evidence, Mr zk the owner also been accused as Aml why he has rights to frozen my accounts ?
