They are outdated (the Website is atrocious), the treatment of their 3D Artists is appalling (the Royalties are the worst out there) and they cannot handle healthy competition. They deserve to go Extinct, like all the other Dinosaurs. Use CGTrader instead - they look after their 3D Artists....

I brought Brazil Real Coin 3D model it… I brought Brazil Real Coin 3D model it is for 1$ on website they have shown 3D emboss Design but when i actually opened That 3D model it is just plane no 3D work is there ….. very Disappointing

Creatives are cheated out of their… Creatives are cheated out of their hard-earned wages in the end. Newcomers get paid 40% and have to pay additional taxes in their country. Yes, you move up (if you can call it that at all) and get from 150 euros sold objects then paid a whole 41%. Exclusive contracts with squid-io guarantee for it, then one sells exclusively at TS, just 60% what is still fraud. Let the fingers of it, there are better alternatives like CGTrader and others.

Scammers, I lost my account and models ! I am a 3d artist and sold many 3d models on this site, then they suddenly closed my account without any reason or warning and removed my 3d models. I tried to contact the support team multiple times but they didn't reply I made a second account and they did this to me again without even informing me about the reason. So kindly stay away from these scammers, it is a fruitless waste of time !

I can't login to my account I can't login to my account because I don't get any verification code. The support helped me to login but when I wanted to download my purchase I needed a verification code too. So I wasn't able to download it. I lost time and money. After 3 days they helped be get the model, what was to late. I have deadlines and working like this is terrible. I was obligated to buy a new model with another company. After 1 Week and almost daily emails, the problem has not been solved.
