Could not locate an invoice/receipt for… Could not locate an invoice/receipt for a business purchase of 3d models made earlier this year through one of their associated companies. I found the web chat on Turbosquid webpage, was met with a live support person very quickly, uploaded my bank statement transaction, was informed they would work with Accounts Dept to get me a copy of the receipt, within one hour I received an email from Turbosquid with a link to the document I need. Very happy with the speed and efficiency.

Good experience on buying and selling I've been using Turbosquid for years and my experience is very good. When I need a 3d model it's my first resource, I've found good free models and when I buy them they quality is professional. I also use it to sell my products, they always pay on time, I never had any problem. The chat is not so helpful (the support ticket is better) but it remains one of the best website for 3d models.

By far the worst place to sell your… By far the worst place to sell your intellectual properties. I've been with them since 2012 and twice now, turbosquid has arbitrarily unchecked my "do not participate in sales" option and sold my models off for significantly less than the low end price I already sell my products at. Furthermore, it used to be a decent place to buy and sell but these days turbosquid has become nothing but an over saturated collection of poor quality high priced rubbish models. Do yourself a HUGE favor and seek any of your 3D needs elsewhere. Peace.

I uploaded my models I uploaded my models, after some months it is in suspended mode because of "Overlays on All Images" I don't know how to resolve Updated: Turbosquid staff contacted me regarding above comment & told about mistake in my sample images.. I just removed that text oveled image & waiting for clearance of suspension...
