Do NOT use this company Do NOT use this company. I signed up, never went through their set-up process, used none of their services and then decided that I was premature in signing up with them. I cancelled services the second month. They never stopped charging me. I cancelled three additional times. They are still charging me nine months later. All of those times I have email receipts from them saying they received my cancellation and that I would no longer be charged. They still keep charging me.

They don’t care Jack harassed me multiple days after constantly explaining that I am not interested. He is unprofessional and extremely pushy. If I could give it a negative 1000 I would. I don’t recommend.

They are a JOKE....they wouldn't stop… They are a JOKE....they wouldn't stop bothering me, calling daily, but when I wanted to cancel I received NO response except the one email saying they couldn't get their payment from me! They used MY website and took off the best parts! Waste of money. I haven't had ANY additional business from them whatsoever, not even one call. My answering service is still blinking 1. The line I set up to test go site. I think I'll stick with my other advertising strategy. I was promised I would see a huge difference in business picking up,

Don’t use them Don’t use them. After 2 years of canceling with them, I start getting charged a monthly payment for something they never made me aware I would need to cancel separately. I was told they had talked to the other company and had it resolved, but when I contacted the company it was not resolved. Now I can’t get anyone who I’ve previously been in contact with at gosite to return my calls or emails. ***To respond to your reply, I did not receive any email***

This group of people is phenomenal This group of people is phenomenal. From their Sales Team (Louie T.) who was kind and patient all throughout the initial stages of account sign-up / set-up, to their Implementation Team (Kristen) who actively listened to our needs and assisted warmly in the beginning stages of what was needed. But MOST NOTEWORTHY of ALL, to their Web Team leader (Nicholas Weber) who was remarkable all throughout the process - for his very timely responses and precise and immediate action to the changes needed. The service we received from Nick is unrivaled. The GoSite teams are exceptional. I wish I could think of a better superlative word to describe them because they truly deserve to be honored.
