…I have used Rent Manager for 18 years Hi I have used Rent Manager for around 18 years. I would not use anything else. I think it was fairly new when I started. Since then it has many more features which for my operations, I do not need. I can see where some of the bigger Lessors would need it. It works great for my smaller needs.. In all this time I had one little problem where I could not open a page. I called Rent Manager and they talked me thru how to fix;; took a few minutes and the repair was made. Amazing how people know how to do this. I have told many people about this and my daughter is going to start using. Very easy to operate;; would not be without even if I only had a few tenants

Absolutely Love Rent Manager!! Absolutely Love Rent Manager!!! The software is comprehensive and the staff is always available to help when needed. Highly recommend.

Poor implementation and training we are… Poor implementation and training we are spending more people in more time trying to get the system used and we ever have in the 20 years doing this job. Is very poor training unable to use everything. 7 months later.

We have been using the Rent Manager… We have been using the Rent Manager program for many many years to run our mobile home parks and have found it to be the most reliable tool we have. Their Tech support department is fantastic they work with you to resolve issues you may have or to help you navigate areas you are unsure of. I highly recommend this company over any others. Rent Manager…gets my vote! Symbol of Excellence I have been working with Rent Manager for 5 yrs now. Rent Manager's customer service has been EXCELLENT from day one. The knowledge their associates have of their product is GREAT! Their focus on problem solving gets an A+. They are friendly and very approachable during annual conferences.
