GBOn April 19 On April 19, we arrived at Hilton Fort Lauderdale resort in FL, they upgraded us to a daybed since too much sun on that day, By doing this, the hotel asked us to contact the resortpass to cancel the booking which we did on that morning after the cruise. Since it is the same resort, we have purchased it on-site, the hotel is 100% positive for the resortpass will refund us. We have the resort receipt, but after sending couple emails to customer service. No reply at all! Shame on this company. I am going to fight back to get my refund!

GBIt is very hard to get in contact with… It is very hard to get in contact with customer service. Phone and chat messages are not monitored. I have been trying to connect for two weeks. I sent emails to info@ResortPass as well as concierge@resortpass and pms through Facebook. If you need any assistance or direct interaction with an employee you will not get it with this company.

GBFantastic relaxing day at the Hyatt Hade a wonderful daycation at the Hyatt Panama City Florida. Front Desk staff were great as well as everyone we encountered thru the day. Very clean, and the lazy river was very relaxing. Bar and food were very nice to have to break up the day. We will definitely be returning !

GBI loved my staycation and the option to… I loved my staycation and the option to use the The Waterfront Hilton hotel facilities was amazing. I felt like a guest and was treated as one. The gym was closed so that was unfortunate, but I got to use the jacuzzi and lounge with the nice beachfront views. The hotel is conveniently located right by a shopping center so I walked not even 2 minutes away to Pacific City.

GBEnjoyable way to wait until heading to airport Enjoyable way to wait until heading to the airport for an 11:30PM flight. Reserved a day bed and relaxed, ate poolside and enjoyed some great evening ambiance before heading out. Staff was friendly and great service.
