GB11 days, multiple emails, attempted use of 24/7 live chat... nothing. I have tried contacting this company repeatedly with no response regarding a code for a Verizon Razr Maxx. I understand that things often take longer than originally anticipated but feel that I have allowed ample time as well as opportunity to reply with an update. There is no phone or address on the invoice so feel at a complete loss. No code. No refund. Nothing.

GBTerrible Service Long wait time on unlock code After paying didn't hear from them for days until i threatened to report them then they continued to ask me for the same information which i guess they dont keep on file from their system only to tell me that there isn't a code available. The customer service? there is none they guy literally laughed at me when i demanded i get my money back. All in all dont trust them, the "Live Support" is 99% of the time offline i'm sure there is a better service out there.

ECStill not gave up on this I did the purchase 3 days ago and it was supposed that I was going to get the code within 48 hours. I sent 3 emails and I have still not answer, I'm starting to freak out, because I'm starting to really believe that it was a scam. I'll give it another day. If I still have no answer, well, I guess it was a scam, and all the bad reviews are true.

GBWTF?!?! give me my code or my money back It has now been 9 days and no code yet...send 3 emails and no replys.....used their service last year and had no problems...looks like things have changed dramatically. if you cant provide the code (especially after tripling the anticipated wait time)...refund the money..its simple
