JMTOTAL RIP OFF Their so called 'Live Support' were NEVER online. They said i would have received the code in 2-48 hours. Its now been week 3 with no response whatsoever to the numerous emails I've sent them or not even just to let me know the status of my unlock code. I wish i had done my research on them before i sent them my money. But i have reported them to a website who deals specially with these kind of things and they have let me know that I am one of literally many with complaints about them,and said that a few persons are taking legal action against them...that made me smile. I really do hope whoever is suing them gets those people for all they are worth and leaves them in debt like im sure they have done to others when taking their money and giving them nothing. Their customer support is awful. I gave them one star,but only because i had to,a one star rating is waaaaaaaaaay too high for those guys.

GBI should've reviewed first I purchased a code last night and haven't gotten anything yet. I was a bit suspicious as why they didn't have a PayPal account, now I see why. I'll be waiting to see if they respond my e-mail or send me the right code. As I can see from their answers towards the reviewers they don't have the minimal customer service attitude, they seem very rude. I will be back to review them again once I have received my code.

GBWTF?!?! give me my code or my money back It has now been 9 days and no code yet...send 3 emails and no replys.....used their service last year and had no problems...looks like things have changed dramatically. if you cant provide the code (especially after tripling the anticipated wait time)...refund the money..its simple

GB11 days, multiple emails, attempted use of 24/7 live chat... nothing. I have tried contacting this company repeatedly with no response regarding a code for a Verizon Razr Maxx. I understand that things often take longer than originally anticipated but feel that I have allowed ample time as well as opportunity to reply with an update. There is no phone or address on the invoice so feel at a complete loss. No code. No refund. Nothing.
