Terrible Service Long wait time on unlock code After paying didn't hear from them for days until i threatened to report them then they continued to ask me for the same information which i guess they dont keep on file from their system only to tell me that there isn't a code available. The customer service? there is none they guy literally laughed at me when i demanded i get my money back. All in all dont trust them, the "Live Support" is 99% of the time offline i'm sure there is a better service out there.

I understand that things often take longer than originally anticipated but feel that I have allowed ample time as well as opportunity to reply with an update. There is no phone or address on the invoice so feel at a complete loss. No code. No refund. Nothing.
