They are a real Thief "They are a scam and no one is taking any action against them. I paid $15,000 for a Rolex, and they told me I would have to wait for 6 months to receive it. However, I waited for 7 months, and they never sent it to me. Eventually, I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund, but they kept sending me emails claiming that the refund had been approved, but they were facing technical difficulties. In reality, they are stealing my money."

Order was cancelled and no refund was… Order was cancelled and no refund was processed. I placed an order for a watch on 12/16/23. Its original deliver date was the middle in January. The deliver date as then extended to end of January and then again to the beginning of February and yet again to the middle of February. At this point i put in a cancellation of the order. The order cancelled on February 13, and I was told at most it would be 15 business days for my refund. Not sure why it takes 15 days to refund an ACH payment, but whatever. The 15th day has now passed, and I have still not received my refund. I would stay away from this site and never order from them.

Ten months later I am still fighting them for my refund. I've given them the option to send me any watch of equal value or send a refund. I've received neither. Then, after you pay for a watch that they don't actually have, they drag you along for months claiming one excuse after another as to why it's taking so long to get your refund.
