HRStill using them Still using them, but they were waaaay better before, until 2020. Over the past years, support became terrible, new servers don't work but you don't get money back and reinstall via support takes days or even weeks!

INTotal disregard to service. They initiated some internal migration without even informing the customers. Now my remote desktop is unavailable for last two days. They are not replying to tickets, and the status of migration is showing "will be completed soon" for last two days. This is unacceptable by today's service standards. I will definitely not be renewing. (Edit) One week and counting - still unavailable. Horrible.

BDAlmost 3 months Almost 3 months, my vps has been offline. Several times, I requested them to transfer to another node without files! They refused. They wanted $15 for transferring after 24 hours of creating ticket. I did not pay. I told them to cancel vps and refund my money. They refused. Even though they will not provide any refund for these 3 months.

For over a month, I've been unable to access my website and cPanel, despite numerous support tickets I've submitted. What's even more disappointing is that I resorted to using their emergency ticket service, which comes at an extra cost of $15, yet still received no response. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable for a web hosting company."
