They had good communication leading up to this, now as I ask about my money and the status they have disappeared. It is a very significant amount and my lawyer will be getting involved if it is not received expeditiously.

Stay away If I could I would give less than 1 star. My money disappeared after 5 minutes of opening the account while trying to transfer it there. Some more disappeared from the wallet. The customer service was extremely slow, rude, continued asking the same questions, didn't help at all. Never again.

got browser hijacked hours after metamask install Installed this extension as prep for future trading. About 30mins after I shut down my pc I got signs of hacks happening on sessions that were active on my pc only, with no 2FA on sites I don't visit much. A trojan was detected in a temp folder of chrome when I got home & took a full scan. Took me 3 days to clear up all the hacks on those accounts but luckily wasn't affected financially
