Never using again Never using again. Bought and paid for an item. Delivery date 4days. Checked tracker still not with courier. Contacted seller was told being sent from UK warehouse. Courier say its coming from China. Had I known would have looked elsewhere. Ebay should check their sellers out. Have been lied too.Ebays days are numbered used to be my first port of call now it never again.

I have no idea what Ebay think is… I have no idea what Ebay think is happening but have not been able to buy anything due to hackers and being blocked for nearly a year. Tells me to send an email, fill in the form and it says I have sent too many emails try again tomorrow

EBay has stolen from me with a seller 0 stars eBay have teamed up with a seller and stole from me ,I will explain I bought 4 items as a whole package , it was suppose to be 2-3 days delivery but was 10 . I reported to eBay becouse seller didn’t reply to me when I advised only half the contents arrived , becouse of the absolutely stupid way of drop down boxes to report anything ebay stuffed up when the seller shown delivery details .I wasn’t complaining the items didn’t arrive anymore just only half the contents ebay closed the case ?? I have now contacted PayPal and have to wait 48hrs but as it stands technically right now I have paid for 4 items from this seller through ebay and only received 2 of them and ebay have closed the case becouse I couldn’t see a drop down box to say only some of the items have arrived they are as responsible as the seller for allowing this to happen

Received nothing from French seller Received nothing from French seller. He told me, he got it back. Would send it again. Nothing. Ebay did nothing. They even removed my negative feedback. WHAT?? They haven't money back guarantee!!! So forget Ebay. They tell lies! 😩⚡️👎🏻

Used to be great, now feedback isn't available in most cases and it s turned into a gamble Used to love eBay, used it for years as a buyer and a seller (for second hand/private interactions, not as much the shops). The feedback were very valuable, and customers service usually fast and efficient in case of issue. Now sellers can cancel you orders without any justification or even notifying you,it has happened to me on 2 occasions recently, after a few days of waiting already, leaving me without time to consider other options.. On top of this you can no longer leave a feedback as a buyer if a seller cancels your order, or as a seller if a buyer never pays you..?! You do get refunded, but it s an open door to people not taking it seriously. Isn't the auction a legal binding? I 've used Ebay for years, the feedbacks were what made transactions trustworthy, now it's a gamble, maybe you ll get someone serious, but if not, too bad, you be wasted your time and other opportunities to buy or sell to someone else..
