No help from ebay ellll_37 is a dishonest seller. Object ordered and paid for, but the seller never sent the object and does not even respond to my messages. Ebay closes the file without even trying to find a solution, and does not operate the guarantee, although I am a very good customer. I spend a lot of money on ebay and always pay very quickly. I'm usually happy with ebay, but this is not normal ! Thank you ebay and this dishonest seller !!!

Just another story amongst thousands of… Just another story amongst thousands of others. Sellers, go elsewhere else. Buyers, go elsewhere else. The customer service is non-existent. You get an issue, you spend hours talking to their 'representatives' but really, nobody will ever help you. You're going to lose money. that's the only truth about ebay that will always be true for anyone using this platform.

EBay has stolen from me with a seller 0 stars eBay have teamed up with a seller and stole from me ,I will explain I bought 4 items as a whole package , it was suppose to be 2-3 days delivery but was 10 . I reported to eBay becouse seller didn’t reply to me when I advised only half the contents arrived , becouse of the absolutely stupid way of drop down boxes to report anything ebay stuffed up when the seller shown delivery details .I wasn’t complaining the items didn’t arrive anymore just only half the contents ebay closed the case ?? I have now contacted PayPal and have to wait 48hrs but as it stands technically right now I have paid for 4 items from this seller through ebay and only received 2 of them and ebay have closed the case becouse I couldn’t see a drop down box to say only some of the items have arrived they are as responsible as the seller for allowing this to happen

I have no idea what Ebay think is… I have no idea what Ebay think is happening but have not been able to buy anything due to hackers and being blocked for nearly a year. Tells me to send an email, fill in the form and it says I have sent too many emails try again tomorrow

Never received my part Never received my part. Didn't want a refund but to receive my part. Ebay didn't do anything and never tried to fin the part. Just refunded which is not the solution I wanted. Poor service. Will never use again.
