FRbeing frauded by a buyer on ebay.fr I registrated as an individual seller on ebay. A buyer placed an order for a Nintendo e-shop gift card (100 euros) from me 2 months ago. He requested for the code after payment. I sent him the code and asked him to activate it on his Switch console. He took the code but did not respond. Today, ebay said to me that the seller opened a case of dispute from his bank and requested for the refund for this order because he would not recognise this transaction. He does not mention whether he has used the code or not. Since his transaction involves a lot of money (120 euros), it is possible that he had used the code to add value to his Nintendo account already, since all reasonable people would examine it carefully for such a lot of money. This buyer has never communicated with me after he received the code, but opened a case of dispute after 2 months. This buyer seems to squeeze the law to request for a refund without a fair reason. I guess that this buyer even have planned for doing so before ordering. If his bank insists to refund him even if there is no problem of my product (and he has used the code), I consider to apply for a legal aid from the French government and charge this buyer on the court. It wastes time and effort to do so, but it’s not a method to let them do so.

FRI have no idea what Ebay think is… I have no idea what Ebay think is happening but have not been able to buy anything due to hackers and being blocked for nearly a year. Tells me to send an email, fill in the form and it says I have sent too many emails try again tomorrow

GBEBay has stolen from me with a seller 0 stars eBay have teamed up with a seller and stole from me ,I will explain I bought 4 items as a whole package , it was suppose to be 2-3 days delivery but was 10 . I reported to eBay becouse seller didn’t reply to me when I advised only half the contents arrived , becouse of the absolutely stupid way of drop down boxes to report anything ebay stuffed up when the seller shown delivery details .I wasn’t complaining the items didn’t arrive anymore just only half the contents ebay closed the case ?? I have now contacted PayPal and have to wait 48hrs but as it stands technically right now I have paid for 4 items from this seller through ebay and only received 2 of them and ebay have closed the case becouse I couldn’t see a drop down box to say only some of the items have arrived they are as responsible as the seller for allowing this to happen

FRHonestly i have been selling items in… Honestly i have been selling items in my ebay and building positive feedback with my customers ,suddely one day i found my account is blocked,when i contacted customer service they didnt gave me any real reason ,they just just décided to block my account,ebay france is one of the worst plateforme that you can sell in.horrible service more time and they will shut thiere business

FROne star is already too much for eBay After freshly created an account on ebay they locked it just after without no reason, of course it's not worth to contact the customer service So I just leaved ebay and turn to another e-commerce Platforms, my advice : avoid eBay
