So many LOYAL customers for over a… So many LOYAL customers for over a decade in my reading below. I have been with them since 2010. I cannot get over how unprofessional this is. Fine if you need to upgrade your archival process as a company but NOT at the client's expense while you still charge them for images they cannot even f* access. So so so very disappointed. I have SO many images I cannot even access or find right now. They should be held accountable and also refund clients.

Useless Technology Trapped in the 1990's This website is outdated. It lacks essential SEO features, which makes it harder for potential visitors to find the site. Additionally, the preset design templates come across as uninspired. While customer service is available, they haven't been particularly helpful in addressing my concerns. In fact, some responses haven't addressed the issues raised, which has been totally frustrating. Overall, the site currently functions primarily as a basic image storage. I'm hesitant to recommend it to others because of these limitations. It would be great to see improvements in SEO, design customization, and a more responsive customer service approach. Another concerning issue is the recent change that makes it impossible for customers to contact the photographer through the contact form. I got a person named Julie who refused to address the issue and instead harrassed me over and over again about things I had no issue with. This person prioritizes expressing their feelings over addressing the root of the problem. Which made it difficult to find solutions. Julie also made assumptions and excuses without fully understanding the situation and used the platform to be a menace to be quite honest. Look at this! Archive service launched on 9/18/23, both via dashboard notifications and email, I would have thought that you would have read through the plan thoroughly (as you are keen on attention to detail) and acted before your renewal! Not even the issue. My issue: Re: People are not able to access my contact form

F*** you Zenfolio - TOTAL SCAM!!! Dear Zenfolio, F*** you Website is slow as F*** User Experience is bad as F*** Customer service is inexistent & F***** up You have zero respect for your clients. And then it’s impossible to cancel subscription, because you need to reach a chat that is out of service, there is no answer to email requests either and Zenfolio automatically renews the subscription charging the credit card without consent or possibility to remove it from the account. I hope your company will Go bankrupt as fast as possible and disappear before the end of my totally unacceptably overpriced subscription this year. Sincerly, a 10 years very disappointed user

Zenfolio really going downhill - Stay awy The first 7-8 years with Zenfolio were good. There were occasional hiccups with their slow uploading but overall it was acceptable. The past 2-3 years have been terrible and this new archiving scheme that they are forcing on everyone is a disaster! I have no idea how they thought this was a good deal for photographers. I believe they are trying to get the classic users to leave so they can go on to other things. There is no customer service. You hit their chat button and you might get a reply a week later. I would warn people to stay away from Zenfolio...I'm looking at other platforms right now.

I've been a customer of zenfolio for 16 years I've been a customer of zenfolio for sixteen years. I'm not sure what Zenfolio is doing. They keep increasing their prices even as their platform gets worse and worse in terms of performance. The archiving fiasco is one thing, another is that basic features don't work, they don't support their classic app and the website is glacially slow. Today I tried to upload a gallery of images for a client. "Tried" is the operative word. Despite the platform showing all of the images were uploading, only about 1/3 of the images would be in the galllery. I tried to upload repeatedly, but finally gave up after ten tries. I'm not sure what Zenfolio is doing with the clients they have but this is not acceptable. There is no reason to stay on this platform
