GBZERO star rating ZERO star rating. I had balance leftover om my account, but it expired. For me to use the existing balance (that I have already paid for) I need to recharge and pay them more money. I cannot login, cannot recharge, cannot reach anybody on phone, there is no online support. Nobody to offer customer service. False advertising, lying, cheats.

CAPathetic Was using it from canada they change USD so they charge additional amount along with exchange rate and exchange cost which is charged by CC. Again thinking the calling rates were fixed.. But no wiat.. That's not.. They can raise and decrease the rate when they like... And this days they have doubled the rates.. And now apps don't work and as per the rep new app will come on 11th July.. Today being 4th July so for 7 days wait don't use the app. Good bye service provider you lost a customer.

GBDail91 used to be good years ago but… Dail91 used to be good years ago but now, its the worst. Acct expires within a month and you have recharge again to activate the acct eventhough, you have balance on the acct. I have almost $10 balance on the acct but unable to use it cuz they say acct is expired and when I call them, no one answer the call. Stay away.. bad service.

GBThis is the worst company This is the worst company, my account was interrupted again and again, every time if I recharge call probably once in several months, but after 180 days the account has been interrupted, today I contacted them and request extending without recharging, here is the email I received from dial 91: (I was told that my account was expired 6/4/2017) Your account is expired since 6/4/2017. Please note that according to our terms and conditions all sells are final and not refundable. If the issue is because the account is expired, we can escalate this issue to our upper management and extend the validation until you finish your remaining balance. Please let us know. Best Regards, xxxxx (the same person sent me the second email, said I don't recharge since 2016) OK. in that case, talk to your card company. We extended your account for several times and you don't recharge since 2016. Best Regards, xxxxxx Actually, I never requested extend before, or they never gave me any extending before, just lying when dealing with their customers. Don't use the service from this guy, Go other companies, you have never interrupted problem, and most importantly you will get respect.

GBThe call rates must not be changed anytime I had recharged with 30$ with rate 1 cent mins per min. During the period the rate changed to 1.6 cent and accordingly my talk time reduced. How can this be done, as when I recharged the rate was different!! I am really unsatisfied with it.
