Worst service provider very very pathetic service. No proper details provided. I bought a 5$plan and i started using it as per their norms. EOM i was charged an additional amount by my local service provider. No one is responsible for my loss. I lost money in both the ways. Waste of time and money.

Pathetic Was using it from canada they change USD so they charge additional amount along with exchange rate and exchange cost which is charged by CC. Again thinking the calling rates were fixed.. But no wiat.. That's not.. They can raise and decrease the rate when they like... And this days they have doubled the rates.. And now apps don't work and as per the rep new app will come on 11th July.. Today being 4th July so for 7 days wait don't use the app. Good bye service provider you lost a customer.

run away from this ZERO star rating… run away from this ZERO star rating service ZERO star rating. I had balance leftover om my account, which they expired. For me to use the existing balance, I need to recharge and pay them more money. The website will not accept my PIN ????. I cannot login, cannot recharge, cannot reach anybody on phone, there is no online support. Nobody to offer customer service. False advertising, lying, cheats. No direct number for custiomer service. The advertize a 24/7 telephone support that does not exist. Hope there is a class action suit against them. ROBBERS, THIEFs and CHEATERS.

Acct expires within a month and you have recharge again to activate the acct eventhough, you have balance on the acct. I have almost $10 balance on the acct but unable to use it cuz they say acct is expired and when I call them, no one answer the call. Stay away.. bad service.

Don't use service if you don't talk often. Don't use service if you don't talk often. It will waste your money. You have to recharge after every 180 days even if you have credit in your account. If you just want to talk 10 minutes in 6 month. it will cost $2 for 10 minutes. They don't give refund.
