But billing themselves as a therapy alternative is a lie at best, and lawsuit waiting to happen at worst. If you truly have alcohol issues this isn't gonna help. If you are young and trying to reign in your consumption then you are gonna be paying way too much money to just do what you already know...

Using app for almost three weeks I have been using the app for almost three weeks and I am very pleased. It helps track my goals, my actuals, and has helped me reduce my alcohol usage. Once I put my goal (target) in, there is an added level of commitment. Daily prompts and reminders help as well.
