GBI started with Sunnyside almost a year… I started with Sunnyside almost a year ago. Having the app to remind me every day spanned from helpful to annoying BUT. I gave me the awareness I needed. I wound up with a couple of dry ish months and now I have completely re established my relationship with alcohol. Still drink, but it’s pretty rare, and I never ever feel out of control. Thank you !!!

GBThis service is a great idea in Theory This service is a great idea in theory...but crappy in practice. It's not therapy. Obviously. But billing themselves as a therapy alternative is a lie at best, and lawsuit waiting to happen at worst. If you truly have alcohol issues this isn't gonna help. If you are young and trying to reign in your consumption then you are gonna be paying way too much money to just do what you already know...

GBOther better, free, options out there This is a good starting place for those who have never tracked drinks before, but there are other much better options out there, and they are FREE. I've used Moderation Management's Abstar online before, and then AlcoDroid app on my Android phone. MM's Abstar has a forum you can also join which is full of real time support, not bots. Both MM and Alcodroid count half drinks, and take into consideration 'one wine' is not a great tool of counting. A 14.5% cab at 6 oz is 1.5 standard drinks for example. Anyway, like I said, a good starting point, but no real 'coaching' and less detailed accoutability. I will not be going past the trial period. I see no benefits that would be worth paying for above the other methods I've already used.

CASupportive coaching I started this program as a skeptic, unsure that it would actually help me monitor my alcohol consumption. I wanted a lifestyle change but wasn't sure how to go about it, without completely stopping drinking. This has helped me plan when I'm going to consume and set targets for how much I plan to consume. It has worked very well for me, and I feel much healthier and in control.
