If there were minus stars Bagby would… If there were minus stars Bagby would get that rating. Buyers should be aware that Bagby pulls all negative reviews from their site. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. I had to file a claim through PayPal to get my money back. The clock did not work even after trying different batteries. Sham of a company

Great sleeping mask I love the sleeping mask that I got from them; it's super comfortable and addictive for my afternoon naps. MY wife got jealous so I bought her one also, which she is beginning to love.

Good-looking and practical. I have 2 of these little clocks in different colors. Sleek design with rounded corners and smooth, nicely-stained finishes. The alarm is loud enough to wake me up but not shock me awake. Not for the digitally demanding as you cannot pin down the exact minute of the alarm; you must eyeball it on the clockface. Happy with these on both my nightstand and my living room reading table. Recommend them for practicality and aesthetics.

I recently used bagby.co and it was an… I recently used bagby.co and it was an ok experience. I wouldn't say great, but they were almst good at what they do. The process was effecient and relatively smooth. The prodcts were as advertised and there weren't any huge complains. Ot got my deliverd on time and it seemed to be in a good condition. The customer service wasn't really anything special as I had to wait for a while for an answee. Overall, I gues it was an average expereince, the only thing that could be improved was customer service.

OOF. Stay Far Away OOF. I am in the process of having a terrible time with their customer service. A flimsy product is one thing; a broken product is quite another. Their concept is wonderful, but the execution is lacking in multiple manners. Just look at their "refunds" page and you can tell you should stay far away. No company that stands by their products nickle-and-dime with refund and return requests like the clearly do. $5 here, $12 there, a random $3 for good measure. I recommend finding a different company for your needs.
