DONT BUY FROM HERE YOU WONT RECIEVE YOUR PRODUCT I cannot believe this is even allowed. Over a week ago I ordered the lash bundle. Only to find out MYSELF that it’s sold out, they didn’t bother to contact me. Their customer service takes DAYS to reply and awful replies at that. They didn’t even offer me a solution just saying they’ll try ship it next week and I don’t believe that. I don’t even know if I can get my money back or anything so i will be contacting my bank. Don’t waste your time ordering from here as you probably won’t get your product. There are better company’s like glow for it which will definitely ship your product.

Ordered the Lash serum on March 3rd - still haven't received it I ordered the Lash serum on March 3rd, 2024. I have STILL NOT received my order. They have told me twice we will reship my order as it's stuck in transit or did they ever ship it? I told them I want a refund so I can purchase lash serum from a reliable source. How disappointing to have to wait nearly two months only to have to order somewhere else. I understand things go awry sometimes but then do an overnight courier to correct your mistake. Don't bother ordering from them. There are lots of serums on the market.

Update Was contacted by ForChics company right after my reviews was posted. They sent me my missing product with no hassle. Great company and amazing products that actually work! Thank you ForChics!

SCAM COMPANY Ordered the item on impulse and decided to return it as soon as I received it. Didn’t even open the original mailing package and reached out to request the return. They ask you to ship back with your own label and they even followed up by email asking me to provide them with tracking number listed on the label. After that NOTHING. I tracked It and they received it weeks ago. Didn’t process refund and won’t return 5 emails that I sent. Just took my unopened, unused item and ghosted me. I have receipts of all the proof. Btw this is practically the same brow item as SCOROBROW
