CAHair growth after 20 years I don’t typically leave reviews, even though I rely on them so heavily to make a purchase - especially in skincare. I suffer from tricotilomanía from a young age, so my brows have seen a lot of trauma. I’ve tried every product on the market: castor oils, oils, vegamour, liasion etc. I had no success. I started using ForChics approximately one month ago by applying two times a day on one eyebrow I have approximately 40-60 hairs growing in a spot where nothing has grown in 20 years. I am completely floored and will be a repeat customer. Cherry on top- the customer service team is amazing, they offer discounts and quick replies. 100% worth your time. Forever grateful.

GBDONT BUY FROM HERE YOU WONT RECIEVE YOUR PRODUCT I cannot believe this is even allowed. Over a week ago I ordered the lash bundle. Only to find out MYSELF that it’s sold out, they didn’t bother to contact me. Their customer service takes DAYS to reply and awful replies at that. They didn’t even offer me a solution just saying they’ll try ship it next week and I don’t believe that. I don’t even know if I can get my money back or anything so i will be contacting my bank. Don’t waste your time ordering from here as you probably won’t get your product. There are better company’s like glow for it which will definitely ship your product.

CAHave been using their mascara and lash… Have been using their mascara and lash serum for awhile. The last mascara I ordered arrived but when I tried to take the mascara brush out of the tube it broke. I contacted them and they said they would send a replacement. That was February 10 and I still haven't received it. Their email says the "order is currently in the final stages of preparation, and they're working around the clock to expedite its shipment." I have emailed three times and get the same response. It's almost a month and I am out the mascara and the money! Not happy at all. I want a refund!!!!!

CAOrdered the Lash serum on March 3rd - still haven't received it I ordered the Lash serum on March 3rd, 2024. I have STILL NOT received my order. They have told me twice we will reship my order as it's stuck in transit or did they ever ship it? I told them I want a refund so I can purchase lash serum from a reliable source. How disappointing to have to wait nearly two months only to have to order somewhere else. I understand things go awry sometimes but then do an overnight courier to correct your mistake. Don't bother ordering from them. There are lots of serums on the market.
