Only to find out MYSELF that it’s sold out, they didn’t bother to contact me. Their customer service takes DAYS to reply and awful replies at that. They didn’t even offer me a solution just saying they’ll try ship it next week and I don’t believe that. I don’t even know if I can get my money back or anything so i will be contacting my bank. Don’t waste your time ordering from here as you probably won’t get your product. There are better company’s like glow for it which will definitely ship your product.

Love the Brow Serum! I have been using the brow serum for about a year now. At first I used rather inconsistently, but I’ve now subscribed for the brow serum because I enjoy it that much. The brow serum is VERY effective for me. I use it with zero irritation and now have fuller, darker, and thicker brow hair. I tried the eyelash serum as well. Not received order #1038 Not received order #1038 I ordered some leopard jeans on the 15th of the month, the latest day it should have been dispatched has been and gone and I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an order update and had no reply. I used their tracking page on their website to see where my parcel is, and the tracking portal gave “user error”.
