Low Points on Customer Satisfaction Box containing shipment was poorly packed. Delivery was short 2 bottles of Colgate Peroxyl Mouth Rinse. Weekend staff was too lazy to look into my problem so he/she directed me to my order instead of looking for the packing slip. Company short changed me on the refund.
