My experience has been nothing but the BEST from Aisha at the Yorkland Location. My experience has been nothing but the best! Aisha from the Yorkland location is worth mentioning in that she consistently gives her best in the care and concern of the client. Aisha goes above and beyond in her level of service. She is kind, thoughtful and very mindful of her clients. Not only does she care about you as a client but she ensures that every experience is a satisfying one. Kudos to the team and moreso having such an amazing Stylist like Aisha!!!!!

Hairclub.com has almot good quality… Hairclub.com has almot good quality products. But their ordering and customer relations admistrative set up isn't too great. It hasn't been alwasy a smooth expirience. I think they need to look into this.

Farhana at the downtown location (11… Farhana at the downtown location (11 King St ) of Hairclub is an excellent hairstylist. She knows her job very well, and is polite as well as punctual. She always gives her 100% when she's with a client, which results in full satisfaction on the client's part. Three cheers for her!!

Frustrating Experience with Hair Club: Lack of Communication and Unresolved Issues I used to be a loyal customer of Hair Club, but the location I went to closed down. I've been trying to contact them for four weeks now, calling and sending emails, but they haven't responded. I'm not happy because I'm paying for services I didn't receive, and they're not addressing my concerns. I can't recommend Hair Club to anyone because they seem dishonest and don't have integrity.

Patrick is a rock star!! Patrick is so amazing at what he does! During every visit, he goes out of his way to provide an outstanding customer experience. From the minute I arrive, I am always greeted with an awesome smile and welcome. From there, I know I am in the hands of an expert. He ensures that any questions or concerns I have are quickly addressed. He always asks how everything is going with my system and ensures at issues are well taken care of. I look forward to my regular centre visit and spending an hour of my time with a friend. He is talented, empathetic and great at conversation making you feel unique and like you're his only client. Way to go Patrick, keep up the amazing work.
